In order to succeed in their participation in international trade fairs, the selected exhibitors benefit from Coaching sessions organized by the Agricultural Development Agency, on how to participate in these fairs. To this end, these coaching sessions focus mainly on the explanation of the formalities related to the shipment of products (sanitary inspections Certificates and export inspection Certificates, MSDS ...) and those related to the acquisition of entry visas to the concerned countries. Also, these coaching sessions provide explanations on the holding of Business meetings « B2B » with potential buyers in the target markets and prospecting and negotiation techniques.

• Groups with products representing well-defined terroirs (importance in terms of area and socio-economic) and significant potential for the development of the sector ;
• Groups with labelled products or products in the process of being labelled ;
• Groups that do not have ONSSA authorisation/agreement and have valorization units that can be authorised by the relevant ONSSA services ;
• Groups that have benefited from Pillar II projects of Moroccan Green plan.

The Guarantee of Undertaking is returned as follows:
• For participants who are excluded at the end of the opening phase, the guarantee will be returned from the day following the date of publication of the results of this phase on the website of the Agricultural Development Agency.
• For participants who are excluded at the end of the phase of evaluation of tenders, the guarantee will be returned from the day following the date of publication of the final results on the website of the Agricultural Development Agency.
• For the winners, the guarantee will be returned from the day following the signing date of the partnership convention.
It should be noted that if the participant disclaims during the validity of the tender or the winner before signing the partnership convention, the guarantee rightfully belongs to the Administration.

Individuals or legal persons, Moroccans or foreigners, who have the requested legal, technical and financial capacity, can participate in public tenders of Public-Private Partnership around agricultural land. Once the project is awarded to the winner, he must establish a company under to Moroccan private law in which he must own at least 34% of the shares.

The former tenant who exploit agricultural lands can participate in public tenders of Public-Private Partnership around agricultural land.
They benefit from the priority through a bonus from 10 to 50 points depending on the level of investment.
Previous tenants must provide the following documents:
• Expiring lease with the State or an auction Minutes
• A situation issued by the competent collector certifying that the previous tenant is not liable to the Treasury for the lease that has fallen due
• A sheet on the investments made or the mode of development of the land

Before launching tenders, the administration sets the annual rental fee for each project. The amount appears in the project's data sheet. This rental fee is increased by 10% every five years from the date of signature of the partnership agreement.

Investors willing to benefit from the financial aids under the Agricultural Development Fund (FDA) must submit their applications in the single desks of the Provincial Directorates of Agriculture (DPA) or the Regional Offices of Agricultural Investment (ORMVA) that are located near their action area by following the main steps:

 Deposit a preliminary approval application including the administrative documents proving the legal link of the applicant with the farmland subject to the investment project, as well as the technical folder of the project.
 Once the investment has been made, the applicant must submit the subsidy application along with the detailed final invoices as well as the act of commitment of the applicant to maintain the investment and to keep the project operational, for at least five (5) years.

For any request regarding the ownership transfer for the companies managing state owned farmlands, partners must submit an ownership change request to the Agency for Agricultural Development which will be examined by an Inter-ministerial Technical Committee. Once the request is approved, the partner will have to present the new company statute for the company and an amendment to the partnership agreement will be established.
It is important to note that partners can transfer up to 66% of the company shares if the action plan is not yet achieved, and 100% of the shares after the investment is completed.
